Dr. Jafar Bani-Issa is a Consultant in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at King Hussein Cancer Center since 2018, and a part-time Consultant Interventional Radiologist at Jordan University Hospital. He holds the Jordanian Boards in both Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology, and completed subspecialty fellowship training at two leading hospitals in London.
Professional Biography
Dr. Jafar Bani-Issa has been a Consultant Interventional Radiologist at King Hussein Cancer Center since 2018. He holds the Jordanian Boards in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology, and completed subspecialty fellowships in Interventional Radiology at two leading UK hospitals, Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital and King's College Hospital in London. He was among the first physicians to introduce microwave ablation for tumor treatment in Jordan (April 2018), combining academic expertise with international training to deliver advanced care for cancer patients. He also currently serves part-time as a consultant at Jordan University Hospital.
